Tancau Beach

A long and wide sandy beach located in the territory of Lotzorai, characterised by fine golden sand and shallow waters that make it ideal for families with children. The shoreline extends for several kilometres in a natural setting that remains largely unspoilt, with Mediterranean scrubland sloping down to the water's edge and the mountains of Ogliastra providing a scenic backdrop. In summer, the sea breeze provides a natural cooling effect. Access is easy and some support facilities are available during the summer season.

Delta Shoreline

A wild and rarely visited stretch of coast that develops near the river delta, where the fresh waters of the river mingle with the salt waters of the sea. The beach is predominantly sandy with occasional pebble banks and offers a landscape of rare natural beauty. There are no facilities or beach establishments, making it perfect for those seeking solitude and direct contact with unspoilt nature. Ideal also for birdwatching, especially in the early morning and evening hours.
