Arzana

At the Foot of the Summit

Half a day

Nestled at the foot of Punta La Marmora (1,834 m), the highest peak in Sardinia. Arzana is a Blue Zone village immersed in primordial forests where wild herbs used in traditional medicine are still gathered today.

The Village of Ancient Holm Oaks

A handful of stone houses surrounded by thousand-year-old holm oaks. In Talana the pace of life has remained unchanged for a century: shepherding, family vegetable gardens and silences broken only by church bells. The local diet is a living testament to longevity.

Urzulei

The Wild Gateway

The most remote municipality in eastern Sardinia, where the Supramonte still reigns supreme. Life here is a daily challenge against verticality — and perhaps it is precisely this constant physical effort that holds the true secret to longevity.
